Options for groups of up to 30 guests may also be available, subject to availability, assigned vessel, and operating conditions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Exceeding the vessel's authorized passenger capacity is not permitted.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">If the number of guests increases after confirmation, the change will be subject to availability, authorized capacity, safety requirements, and any applicable price adjustment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">A reduction in the number of guests does not necessarily change the price of a private experience, since the vessel, crew, date, and schedule are reserved for the confirmed group.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\" data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<h4>DEPARTURE POINT AND SCHEDULES<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Zenera Tours experiences depart from APIQROO, the Quintana Roo Port Authority facilities in Puerto Ju\u00e1rez, Municipality of Isla Mujeres, Quintana Roo, unless a different departure point has been confirmed in writing.<\/p>\n<p>The exact location, check-in time, arrival recommendations, and boarding instructions will be provided once the reservation has been confirmed.<\/p>\n<p>All participants are advised to arrive at the departure point at least 30 minutes in advance.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\" data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<h4>ITINERARIES AND OPERATIONAL CHANGES<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Our experiences take place at sea and are subject to natural, operational, and safety-related factors.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Zenera Tours may modify, adjust, delay, shorten, replace, or cancel all or part of an itinerary when necessary due to safety concerns, weather, wind, waves, visibility, port closures, navigation restrictions, instructions from the Harbor Master's Office, APIQROO or another competent authority, vessel conditions, or any situation that may affect participants' well-being.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Stops, routes, navigation times, snorkeling areas, visits to downtown Isla Mujeres, beach access, scenic views, meal schedules, and activities may vary.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Zenera Tours will make reasonable efforts to provide an equivalent, safe, and enjoyable experience. When a change significantly affects an essential service confirmed in writing, the case will be reviewed in accordance with the Changes, Cancellations and Refunds Policy.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"10\" data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<h4>WEATHER CONDITIONS AND MARITIME SAFETY<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The safety of passengers, crew members, and vessels is our priority.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Zenera Tours may decide not to begin, to reschedule, modify, or end an experience when weather, sea, port, mechanical, or operational conditions present a risk.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">All participants must follow the decisions of the captain, crew, and competent authorities concerning navigation and safety.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Cancellations or rescheduling due to weather, port closures, or safety concerns will be handled in accordance with the Changes, Cancellations and Refunds Policy.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"11\" data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<h4><code>ONBOARD RULES AND CONDUCT<\/code><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by the captain passengers, the crew, the vessel, or the operation, without prejudice to any rights they may have under applicable law.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"12\" data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<h4>MINORS<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Minors must travel accompanied by and under the supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The responsible adult must ensure that the minor follows all onboard safety and conduct instructions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Zenera Tours may request information necessary to organize the experience safely, always in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"13\" data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<h4>HEALTH, PERSONAL CONDITIONS AND ACTIVITIES AT SEA<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Participants are responsible for informing Zenera Tours, before the experience, of any health condition, mobility limitation, pregnancy, allergy, special need, or relevant circumstance that may require attention or reasonable adjustments during the service.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Participation in water-based activities, such as swimming or snorkeling, is voluntary and will depend on the weather, sea conditions, individual physical condition, and safety requirements at the time.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Participants must inform the crew if they cannot swim, have a relevant medical condition, or require additional assistance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Zenera Tours may restrict or modify participation in certain activities when necessary for safety reasons.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"14\" data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<h4>SNORKELING AND WATER ACTIVITIES<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Snorkeling, swimming, and other recreational activities at sea will depend on water conditions, visibility, weather, the captain's instructions, regulations governing the areas visited, and each participant's physical condition.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Snorkeling equipment will only be included when expressly stated in the quotation or reservation confirmation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Participants must use the equipment according to crew instructions and respect designated areas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Sightings of marine species, specific water conditions, particular visibility levels, or access to any specific location cannot be guaranteed, as these factors depend on nature and the operating conditions of the day.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"15\" data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<h4>RESTAURANTS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Some experiences may include time for meals, restaurant visits, local activities, or the use of third-party services.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">When a customer purchases or uses services provided by or members of their group to the vessel, equipment, facilities, or third-party property when such damage results from misuse, failure to follow instructions, negligence, reckless behavior, or COTIZACIONES Y DISPONIBILIDAD Las cotizaciones se elaboran de acuerdo con la fecha solicitada, n\u00famero de personas, tipo de experiencia, duraci\u00f3n, embarcaci\u00f3n disponible, servicios adicionales y condiciones operativas. Toda cotizaci\u00f3n estar\u00e1 sujeta a disponibilidad hasta que sea confirmada por escrito por Zenera Tours. La recepci\u00f3n de una cotizaci\u00f3n, conversaci\u00f3n por WhatsApp, mensaje en redes sociales, env\u00edo de datos o solicitud de informaci\u00f3n no constituye una reserva confirmada. Zenera Tours podr\u00e1 modificar precios, disponibilidad, promociones o condiciones antes de confirmar una reserva. Una vez confirmada la experiencia y recibido el pago correspondiente, se respetar\u00e1n las condiciones acordadas en la confirmaci\u00f3n, salvo causas de seguridad, fuerza mayor, disposiciones de autoridad o situaciones previstas en la Pol\u00edtica de Cambios, Cancelaciones y Reembolsos. RESERVAS Y PAGOS Una reserva se considera confirmada cuando se cumplan los siguientes requisitos: \u2022 Zenera Tours confirme por escrito la fecha, experiencia, horario, embarcaci\u00f3n, n\u00famero de personas y monto acordado. \u2022 La persona contratante realice el anticipo o pago indicado. \u2022 Zenera Tours confirme la recepci\u00f3n del pago. Los montos, moneda, impuestos aplicables, forma de pago, porcentaje de anticipo, saldo pendiente y fecha l\u00edmite de liquidaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1n establecidos en la cotizaci\u00f3n o confirmaci\u00f3n correspondiente. La persona contratante deber\u00e1 verificar que los datos de la reserva sean correctos antes de realizar cualquier pago. En caso de que exista un saldo pendiente, este deber\u00e1 cubrirse en la fecha y condiciones previamente informadas por Zenera Tours. El incumplimiento de pago puede afectar la confirmaci\u00f3n o prestaci\u00f3n del servicio, siempre que se informe oportunamente a la persona contratante. PRECIOS, INCLUSIONES Y SERVICIOS ADICIONALES El precio de cada experiencia ser\u00e1 informado antes de la confirmaci\u00f3n de la reserva. Los servicios no especificados expresamente como incluidos en una cotizaci\u00f3n o confirmaci\u00f3n se considerar\u00e1n no incluidos. Los alimentos, bebidas, restaurantes, transportaci\u00f3n terrestre, fotograf\u00eda, decoraci\u00f3n, entradas, propinas, actividades externas, equipo adicional u otros servicios de terceros solo estar\u00e1n incluidos cuando se se\u00f1alen expresamente por escrito. CAPACIDAD DE LAS EMBARCACIONES La capacidad de las embarcaciones estar\u00e1 determinada por la autorizaci\u00f3n aplicable, las condiciones de seguridad, la experiencia contratada y la cotizaci\u00f3n confirmada. La embarcaci\u00f3n principal de Zenera Tours tiene capacidad para grupos de hasta 12 personas. Tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1n existir opciones para grupos de hasta 30 personas, sujetas a disponibilidad, embarcaci\u00f3n asignada y condiciones operativas. No se permitir\u00e1 exceder la capacidad autorizada de la embarcaci\u00f3n. Si el grupo aumenta despu\u00e9s de la confirmaci\u00f3n, la modificaci\u00f3n estar\u00e1 sujeta a disponibilidad, capacidad autorizada, condiciones de seguridad y ajuste de tarifa, cuando corresponda. La disminuci\u00f3n en el n\u00famero de personas no necesariamente modifica el precio de una experiencia privada, ya que la embarcaci\u00f3n, tripulaci\u00f3n, fecha y horario se reservan para el grupo confirmado. PUNTO DE SALIDA Y HORARIOS Las experiencias de Zenera Tours salen desde el muelle fiscal APIQROO, en Puerto Ju\u00e1rez, Quintana Roo. La ubicaci\u00f3n exacta, horario de presentaci\u00f3n, recomendaciones de llegada e indicaciones de abordaje ser\u00e1n compartidos una vez confirmada la reserva. Se recomienda que todas las personas participantes lleguen al punto de salida con al menos 20 minutos de anticipaci\u00f3n. ITINERARIOS Y MODIFICACIONES OPERATIVAS Las experiencias se realizan en el mar y est\u00e1n sujetas a factores naturales, operativos y de seguridad. Zenera Tours podr\u00e1 modificar, ajustar, retrasar, acortar, sustituir o cancelar total o parcialmente un itinerario cuando sea necesario por razones de seguridad, clima, viento, oleaje, visibilidad, cierres de puerto, restricciones de navegaci\u00f3n, instrucciones de Capitan\u00eda de Puerto, APIQROO u otra autoridad competente, condiciones de la embarcaci\u00f3n o cualquier situaci\u00f3n que pueda afectar el bienestar de las personas participantes. Las paradas, rutas, tiempos de navegaci\u00f3n, zonas de snorkel, visitas al centro de Isla Mujeres, acceso a playas, vistas panor\u00e1micas, horarios de comida y actividades pueden variar.
